Completed in October of 2014 by our very own Construction Students (in collaboration with several generous community partners including Hartnell College, Don Chapin, Scudder Roofing, ALL Roofing, Primo Roofing, Home Depot, Tony Palmer, Monterey Bay Nursery, and the Wyndam Hotel Group),
the Transitional Housing Village is the newest development on campus. Successful participants in any Rancho Cielo program needing a safe place to live as they transition to a new life are eligible to apply as renters.
Rent is charged on a sliding scale, depending on income. The residents create and enforce their own living behavioral guidelines, which include no alcohol or drugs of any kind.
